ACCOUNT PROBLEMS, SPOTIFY ASSISTANCE DON'T ANSWER!

my account isn't working, seems to be disappeared I've tried to reset the password but I cant, I try all the procedures described in the help page but nothing works, and I sent 2 email to the spotify assistance but no one answered me !what can I do?? Anyone has received answers from the assistance?Thanks!

I sent the emails 2 weeks ago!

Today I was finally able to log in by facebook but.....all my starred songs etc..are disappeared!!

so what can I do now?

When you got in touch with support, you probably got an automated email reply directing you back to the community. Could you reply directly to that email, that will bump your case in the system over to an adviser who can lend a hand.
