Account hacked

Someone connected on my Spotify account linked to Facebook, and then changed my email address to theirs, and the password. I can't modify my email address in my settings since I don't know the password that has been entered... Is there a way I can get out of this ?

I changed my Facebook password, but I can't modify the email that is in my Spotify profile and I didn't received any secured email mentioning that my email changed... Please help!
