My Question or Issue

I can't log into my account.
I have spent the last 3 hours trying to get help from support but it just goes in circles and they tell me "We have no new information" and then close the chat.
The next advisor assures me they will help, and they will not do the same thing the last one did. Then they send the same message and close the chat.
I've been told there is no complaint process whatsoever. 
I've asked to escalate it to someone higher, they put me through to a 'senior advisor' who took forever and then said the same thing.
They gave me an email address but when I try to email it from my account the emails bounce.
This is the account attached to my artist account and it has a playlist attached to the account with 13 followers (not a lot but honestly it takes a long time just to build up to that point). When I mention these things they offer no support no explanation no way to access my artist account no support what so ever.
For a platform built on artists the absolute lack of support for artists is actually insane. I can't even get clear answers.
