I originally had my first spotify account. I broke my phone with the login info for that account. I could not remember my login information, so I created a new account. I am still being charged for the old account I can no longer access. How can I retrieve the old account info (prefered) or just cancel it without the login information?

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account when using the contact form or the username and email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you have already made a new Spotify account, you can try using the contact form with that account if you cannot remember any of the info on the other account.

I need to delete my old account that keeps charging my bank account. For months I haven't had access to my old email, I do not remember my password. I know the email and the username just not the password. I do not want to be charged for an account I am not using. How can I get access to my account? I have the charge amount and date for each month aswell. I need customer support!
