Can login through Facebook but can't change email

My Question or Issue

I had my Spotify associated with a work email, but I've always logged in using Facebook. I changed jobs so I no longer have access to the email on file nor the password manager for the stored password. I can still log in through Facebook but I can't change my email or reset my password.

What should I do? I have many saved playlists and songs, so a new account would frankly kinda be painful.

Thanks for the post.

If you can still log in your account page, you should be able to change the email address associated with your account, so that you can reset your password and use your email and password combination to log in. This will only work if you had an email address listed on your account. 

If you don't have one and the site doesn't allow you to update your Spotify email address, you might consider following the steps in this guide to transfer your library over to a new account.
