As I wrote in the subjdet: I cant use my premius, someone else is logged in at my account. Whats happened?

Hey, I've looked you up in our system and it does appear to be a case of a duplicate account. Just follow my instructions here to get logged in with your 'evasifvers' username.

Do you get an error message? What does it say? Can you screenshot?
If it says that someone else is using your account, then change your password, logout then log in again. The other person should get kicked off your account.
No error message, I can use spotify but not Premium. When i log in whith my Spotify-login it´s not my name up in the right corner but when I check my account everything is ok.

It looks like you have logged in using a facebook account or something.
Did you sign up with a facebook account or spotify details? Make sure you sign in with the same details. Also, make sure you purchased premium on the correct account 😕
I did sign up with the spotify account. And now i cant use it. I´ve also tried with the facebook account but it doesnt work and I shouldn becaus my signup was att spotify....I have had Premium for over a year and suddenly this problem...paying for something I cant use. And not able to have a normal customercontact with the company who charge me.
What is the solution? Quit my account and then start a new one?
