I just purchased the $0.99 for 3 months and i got two lots of money taken out of my account.

The first one was the 99c and then I got charged 10.27...

So basically i was charged the full $12.

Can someone please help :')

This is weird, I'll escalate this to see what's happening, in the meantime, can you let me know if some of the charges appear as "pending"? This means they'll be reimbursed to you within a few working days.

You should also contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

Hi!

I have from July this year been paying 149kr pr month. Like the family discount does. But I am the only user of this account and nobody else is using it. Should have been paying just 99kr since july??

I have just been using premium.

Can you check the subscription type on your account? It's Premium or Family?
