Come in to family premium

Come in to family premium

  1. I was in a family premium plan, everything was normal 
  2. suddenly i was took of
  3. now I cannot come in (we live in the same house, etc)
  4. what should i do?

We suggest you double-check your email inbox to see if there's an email for verifying your physical address. 

 

If you see one, check the date it was sent. If it's been more than 7 days, you'll need to reach out to our support team via Twitter or Facebook

 

If it hasn't been 7 days yet, you can go ahead and verify your physical address following the steps listed in the email.
