I have 2 premium accounts. I can't log in to one so I can't cancel one of my subscription.

I made an account through spotify a while back to receive the 48hr free trial (premium). I made up a fake email, username and password and they let me through. I ended up purchasing spotify premium through that account. I got a new phone so I'm no longer able to access that account. When I go to reset the password, since I set up a fake email.. Spotify sends reset info to a non existing email so I can't reset anything.. The user name for that account is "dudebro-12".. #pleasehelp

If you know the date of birth, zip or postal code, and type of Spotify service you can contact Spotify directly here to change the password of the account or if needed, close the account. If you don't I would try this link.

If you receive a "no-reply" email, just reply to it to speed things up! 🙂
