Money taken from my paypal account?

So, I tried the month version of Spotify Premium which was supposed to end tomorrow, which is the 15th as I started it on October 15th. I was trying to purchase things with my paypal today, and by the way, my plan was to cancel it tonight so I wouldn't be charged, and then I realized a 10 dollar subtraction from my wallet. How did this happen? I was not supposed to be charged if I wanted premium for a month free but now I'm missing 10 dollars from my paypal and I want my money back. I love spotify premium but the free version has enough features for me and I really need to purchase a gift and those ten dollars are going to help!! Please, how am I suppose to get my money back, and quick. 😞

I have kind of the same problem. I used Spotify Premium for one year, but I have cancelled it two months ago. Last month they charged my Paypal account with 10€ but I got my money back. This month it is the same again (they charged 10€ again). I'm getting really angry right now. Could you please help me?
