Paid but no Premium and Connection

I signed up for Spotify and made account, not hooked up to facebook. 2 days later, today, I paid for Spotify Premium and verified I was a student. My bank account was charged $5.49, (student discount), or something close to that, as soon as I paid. I logged off and back on both on my computer and iPhone but there was no premium. I never got one of those "Thank you for signing up for Spotify Premium" emails and I checked the spam. I sent them an email but I doubt they care, what should I do if I have been charged (~$5/month = a student discount) but not rewarded?

hmm...that's odd. Have you made sure that you didn' sign up through Facebook?

I recommend sending a link to Spotify Support through this page - https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account/.

They should be able to assist. If you get an email back, make sure to reply right away to speed things along.
