Paid but no access

Paid but no access

Help.....

i have paid for premium (incl payment confirmation and username) 

but when trying to login, it says “ no active account”. 

What do to ? 

Maybe more interesting, who can help ? 

Because after sending several messages without reply (yep, did check my spam) 

i’m getting a bit desperate or even frustrated

Can you make sure you're logging with your correct information? Also, a screenshot of the error would be helpful.

I am also experiencing this problem. My spotify account worked fine last night but upon waking up I encountered difficulties logging in.
