Premiem Member but no longer have access to email

Hello 

I recently started a new job and my Spotify premium account was registered under my work email address. I cannot remember my password and have no way of accessing my account being that I do not have the email any longer. 

Please help!

Get in touch with the accounts team using the account recovery form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you reset manually:

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
