Spotify won't let me unsubscribe

Spotify won't let me unsubscribe

Apparently this is a common problem? My account is not linked to Facebook, I changed my browser, logged out of my spotify, and it's still telling me "Oops, something wen't wrong". I got Premium when I got a new Vodafone phone, and now I want to unsubscribe because my free trial is up.  I tried unsubscribing through Vodafone too but my account still says Premium.  I have been charged once for definite, and I think a second time as well because 10 euro disappeared from my bank a month ago, even though I was still on a free trial, sadly I wouldn't put it past Spotify to charge me anyway.  I have already used a contact form, no reply, I have emailed their direct adress, still nothing.  This is outrageous, and I would usually give the benefit of the doubt, but how can such a simple common problem be ignored, the company have the power to cancel a subscription so I don't understand why it can't be taken care of in a matter of seconds?
