[Android][Podcasts] Podcast playback stops if you "skip" past the end of the episode

On my Android v. 8.5.89.901 (and previous versions as well)

Typical scenario: the credits are playing on a podcast and you want to skip to the next one in the queue, but you want the current one marked as played, so you tap the skip 15s button a couple times from the notification bar. Let's say there's 0:40 left in the podcast. If you:

a) push the button twice, you sit through the last 10 seconds, then it continues to the next podcast as expected

b) push the button three times, the playback stops (the unexpected behavior)

I assume this is a bug since the screenshot shows the control skipping to a time in the podcast that doesn't actually exist.

Note: This no longer happens from the main playback screen, but it does still happen from the Bluetooth skip and the notification bar skip buttons (which are the ones I use most of the time). Thanks!
