Can't download high quality or extreme quality, Spotify deletes it automatically after download.

My Question or Issue

Everytime, when I download the high or extreme high quality music, Spotify deletes the music automatically after when I downloaded. The same as streaming, when I change the settings in extreme quality, the settings changes it normal quality. I have enough stoarage, and I deleted and downloaded again. Please Spotify change this bug!

Thanks for getting in touch!

Try to set everything up again by deleting Spotify from your phone, then going to your account page and removing all Offline devices. Reboot your phone and try to install Spotify again.

Hey @Othniel,

Does this happen with other devices? Try downloading the songs with another network connection. Make sure it's stable. 

Also make sure that you reinstall the app with these steps, and let us know the app version you end up with in case it doesn't work.

I reinstalled the app in the right way and downloaded the music on extreme quality on other network, but unfortunately, after a short moment the music was deleted and the setting was on normal quality, I tested it also on a other phone, but on the iPhone was not that problem.
