Can't move songs to SD card

I'm on galaxy ultra s20. Big SD card. I tell Spotify to move my songs to SD card and it says the transfer is in progress.  It finishes and then I check but nothing has moved.??

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Would you mind trying again with a different SD card to check if the issue persists?

If so, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. 

Also, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end so we can take a closer look?
