Canceled my subscription and now my music won't play

Canceled my subscription and now my music won't play

I canceled my premium subscription. Now none of the music will play. Nothing I have downloaded will play. Neither will any of the music on the radio stations. I have updated it. Even uninstalled and re installed the app. Still nothing! I love Spotify but will delete the app if it doesn't start working again.

So what actually happens when you open an album or playlist then tap the shuffle play button? Do you get an error message?

Nothing happens at all. No matter what I touch. Be it the shuffle and play
button or a specific song. The lists load but when I touch the song.
Nothing happens!

Free users can only play music via the Shuffle Play button which is why I asked the question. I know you said you already reinstalled the app but could you give it another go, following all the steps here. Let me know if it helps, thanks.
