Thanks for posting in the Community.

Let's try to perform a clean reinstall of the app to see if this changes the described behavior. Here is how to do one. If this doesn't do the trick, could you check if your account behaves differently on a different device? How bout a different account on your device?

If all this fails, we'd need the brand/model and operating system number of the devices you've tried this on together with the Spotify app version you're using.

I have reinstalled but it did not work. I only have one phone and one account so I cannot test the other cases. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8. I have the latest Spotify version.

Just to make sure, did you reinstall the app exactly as described here?

You can also create a new account just for testing purposes. It'll help us a lot in the investigation.

Hi Dian, Not a big issue for me, but additional info for your troubleshooting...  I am in a similar situation... my phone is a Motorola e5Play, also running Android 8, same as is @CalebSoong.   I have reinstalled Spotify per your instructions, but it did not work either. I also have tested with my LG M322  phone running android 7, and the DJ works fine with the same premium account.  I have installed  the same Spotify version (8.8.22.510) on both phones.

Update: The latest release 8.8.26.408 resolved my problem on Android 8 and the DJ now works!
