Despite auto-play/repeat being enabled, music stops after one song

Despite auto-play/repeat being enabled, music stops after one song

Playlist is downloaded, and am connected to wi-fi. I will select a song to play, and auto-play/repeat will be enabled (highlighted green) and shuffle is turned off. Whatever song I click on will play, but it will not continue to the next song.

Could you tell us more about your issue? 
If I'm getting this correctly there are two scenarios here:

  1. Repeat is on > the song plays > music stops and the song doesn't repeat;
  2. Repeat is off > the song plays > you have other songs queued up (or Autoplay is on) > music stops regardless.

In both cases though, it seems that something is off here, either locally on your device or it might be on our end.
In order to rule out any local issues, we can do some troubleshooting to see if anything would make a difference 🙂

Let's start with removing your cached data by following the steps here.
If this doesn't do anything, you can do a complete clean reinstall of the app instead. This will remove all leftover data from previous installations of the app that may be causing these issues.
