Download to Galaxy Watch 4 very slow

When I am adding playlists to my watch and downloading songs for off-line play the transfer is very slow and sometimes barely downloads anything.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If you're having issues, we'd recommend you try the following:

 - Restart the devices.
 - Reinstall the app on the watch.
 - Re-pair the watch with your phone.

 - Try a different internet connection.

Same issue here.

But with Galaxy A52s and Watch 4 BT 44. Downloads on the smartphone of 1h podcasts take no more then a few seconds, mostly less then 10 s. The same downloads on my watch takes easily 10 to 20 min. Had already upgraded my watch to the latest version, reinstalled Spotify app… well, nothing solved this. This is frustrating, as I have to plan my hike, what I will listen along it an hour before or even on the day before.

I bought my watch just for this functionality…

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

It'd be best it you contact Samsung support and ask them to check for any restrictions on both the phone and the watch that might be killing the download speed.
