Jag har kรถpt ett presentkort pรฅ pressbyrรฅn igรฅr och kan inte fรฅ det aktiverat. Jag tryckte in koden i mobilen och det stod att det ska skickas ett kvitto till min mail och att det รคr aktiverat etc. Men inget har kommit till mailen och inget รคr aktiverat! Har lรคst lite hjรคlp fakta, har loggat ut och in men har fortfarande inte fรฅtt premium!

I bought a gift certificate yesterday and I cant get it activated. I enter the code in my phone and it said it will send a reset to my mail and that it is activated etc. But nothing have been sent to my email, and nothing is activated. I have read some help facts, and I have logged out and in but I still havent got my premium!

Have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode with cleaned cookies/cache?
If that doesn't help then get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter.
If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks again Jordi, I sent them an email but havent got any response yet. Guess this will take time.... Wonder if I will get my money back!? The code is "invalid" now, but also "used?". But no premium....... This is really annoying! ๐
