I cant use my queue

My Question or Issue

I wanted to start using my queue on my spotify app for work but the only way I can use it right now is by connecting my phone to my laptop so it will display the desktop version on my mobile app and then unconnect. But if I close the now playing bar or exit the app and come back I can't even see the queue or repeat features where theyre supposed to be found. I checked and I using the latest version, does anyone know why this is happening????

We'll do our best to help you use the queue and enjoy your music 🙂

 

In order to do so, can you clarify if the Now Playing bar disappears on your mobile?

 

It would also be helpful if you let us know what device this is happening on - phone model, OS version and Spotify version.

 

If you can, please record a short screen recording of how things look on your end, so we can understand your issue better and offer more relevant advice. You can upload it as an attachment to your reply or send us a link to Youtube.
