Lost all playlists and songs

I traveled to another country, when I arrived I lost all my playlists, even the ones I created. The playlist exist, people who follow it can still see it, but it does not show on my songs, neither can I follow it or download it.
Already came back to my home country, tried to reinstall it, clean it, etc, but without any results.

There is an easy way to recover your playlist. First go to the spotify website and log in. Once loged in click on your name and click account. Once the account menu has opened you should be able to see another menu off to the right. In that menu ther should be an option to recover deleted playlist. This should show all of your recently deleted playlist.

The problem is I also lost all the bands, albums, and playlists I followed, how I recovery that?

Try find them all and follow them again. It is the only way I can think of
