Playlist Error

Hello, while random was playing the playlist somehow; when I delete a song from the playlist, it actually deletes that song; but there was a situation where it played again as if it was on a random list.

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Can you confirm by searching for the song in your playlist that it is removed? If it is removed then it might be in your queue, therefore was played. Shuffle another playlist, then shuffle the main one to check if it appears in the queue again or not.
