Songs periodically being undownloaded and other issues

Ever since I bought Spotify Premium, my Spotify account on my phone has been acting up. Once or twice a month, I get signed out of my Spotify account and have to sign in again, my songs have all been undownloaded, and my song download location has been changed from my SD card to my phone's storage. This issue is really vexing me, and I was wondering if someone can help? I am paying for a regular Premium account, and the payment happens automatically every month without needing my permission.
