Sound fluctuates

Sound fluctuates when headphones or aux cord is connected. Please help. Its not the phone. Had it checked out by tech support at Verizon.

Have you tried with another music player? What device are you using and have you disabled nuplayer in Developer Settings?

I have the Galaxy S6. I have tried it with Nuplayer dissabled and enabled. I have tried with the native player on the phone and Pandora and it doesn't fluctuate. Just with spotify

Thanks Daniel. But I've also taken these steps before but I did it again with these instructions and still hasn't fixed the issue. I'm downgrading my subscription to free until I see something direct from Spotify about this issue. Stay awesome
