My Question or Issue

 My Spotify app has been crashing down since a week. I need about 10 tries to open the app.

I had already updated the app during that time but it is still lacking. 

I also had deleted the app and installed it again but it is not working.

I also tried deleting all the data before deleting the app and installing it again but it is still shutting down.

What should i do now??

I hope for a new update that fixes that problem because usually it works really well but suddenly that happens.

Hey @Tannabaa, help's here.

 

Let's try a couple of things. First up, use a different network connection to see if it works better. Also make sure you're not using any VPN connection. 

 

Then, remove all your offline devices from your account page and try again. Make sure that you reinstall the app with the steps provided here.

 

If you have an SD card, detach it from your phone.

 

Check that any power-saving mode is disabled for Spotify from the phone's settings. 

 

Finally, can you reset your password and use the new password to log in? Make sure to use your email address and the new password when you log in.
