Spotify premium won't download music

My Question or Issue

 I have a premium account and i Just bought the oneplus 6. But he won't download the music for the offline modus. He never had a problem with that's before (i had a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo) sometimes he downloads one or two songs and doesn't go on. IT saids Its downloading but It doesn't do anything... I have 256 GB phone so that shouldnt be the problem. Also i have less thanks three devices... I really dont know what the problem is, do i need to do something with the settings?? I hope someone knows what to do

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. Please read this support article for issues listening offline.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I restarted my device and I did a clean reinstallation but it's still just downloading three songs, it still says its downloading but it's hanging on three songs.

Where can i find the spotify version?

Hey @Marijeeew,

Make sure you aren't trying to download more than 3333 songs because that's the limit per device.

You can find the spotify version under Settings in About section 🙂

This is the version i have found: 8.4.61.683 armV7.

I was trying to download a playlist of 1000 songs and i haven't download other songs yet so the limit shouldnt be a problem..
