Spotify stops playing music ever 2 or 3 minutes

I have been a spotify premium subscribe for a long time. Recently, I noticed that spotify stops playing music, mid song, every 2 or 3 minutes. Spotify cannot finish more than 1 or 2 songs consecutively without stopping playback. This occurs on both downloaded and streamed playlists.

I have this installed on my Samsung Note 4, and have had no issues for months, until this most recent week. This issue renders spotify useless while driving as you must consistently unlock the phone and open spotify to manually hit the play button again.

I have tried unintelligible and reintalling, restarting, deleting cache, and still the issue persists. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey I'm a Spotify Premium user too and on Note 4.

I don't think I had this problem yesterday... This is something I just noticed this morning on my way to work.

It's not as frequently as 2-3 minutes it's more like every 2-3 songs or random amount of songs I dunno.

This morning I was waiting at train station & it stopped playing. Thought maybe I pulled out the headphones or something.. then fell asleep in the train woke up 20mins later & no music was playing.

So put it back on and then it stopped playing after a while again... so I thought ok let's search for it ... and what do ya know someone else is having the same problem.

Sort it out Spotify... don't make me pay for Google Music or **bleep**ty Apple LOL
