Why I can't add a song multiple times in my Playlist now?

In past,I made playlist by using a song multiple times.When I was add that song there was an option that is"Add anyway".But now There's no option like this and I can't add a song multiple times in one playlist of mine.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? Also, we'd like to know if the error message pops up, but the song won't be added to the playlist or you don't get any messages and the song won't be added either. 

On another note, could you check if the same happens when your device is connected to a different network?
