Could you share your device specifics? We need the brand, model and operating system of the device. In the meantime check in the Spotify settings if streaming over cellular is allowed. In the phone settings you can probably find some options to block the mobile data usage of certain apps. Look for them and check if Spotify is set as an exception there.
