My Question or Issue

For some reason ALL Queens of the Stone Age songs are grayed out and will not play.  I've listened to this band plenty of times before, and all albums/songs show up, but the songs are grayed out and will not play.

Internet searches are not helping; it's as though I'm the only one with this problem.  Could someone try from their end?

Can you check if they appear greyed out on a different device and account in your region as well? If yes then it probably has to do with how the copyright and publishing system works.

Those who own the rights to publish the content decide where they want to distribute the same. If they decide to take it down everywhere or in some particular region then there is not much Spotify can do about it. In such cases, they appear greyed out. You can read more about that here.
