How can I report artists who abuse listing popular artists to promote their music?

I often see artists who tag more popular artists for exposure. This happens a lot with EDM artists. How can I report artists who abuse including popular artists who had no part in producing, writing, or performing a particular track?

Example: this artist is tagging Boards of Canada, an ambient rock group, and George Fitzgerald, an EDM artist, in "Slurpyland." In "LSD NO PSD" this artist attempted to tag Monkey Safari, a house duo, but failed somehow, as well as Joachim Pastor, a French DJ. These false credits cause these songs to appear in the release radar and other auto-generated playlists of fans of the falsely credited artists. I see this so often, but I don't know how to report it.
