My Question or Issue

Dear spotify: i'm currently manual testing catalog migration from Distrokid to another distributor.

I've tried to migrate 1 track following the guidelines provided by my new distributor, and uploaded the song with the following same metadata:

For Tracks

  • ISRC

  • Audio

  • Length

  • Title

  • Title Version

  • Artists

  • Lyrics Language

  • Parental Advisory

For Releases

  • Track Count

  • Metadata Language

after uploading the song on the new distributor, i can see two instance on spotify: otherwise, the new one has play count resetted and is not matching with Distrokid release; even if all the metadata were correct.

Please help us figure out how can achieve full operational catalog migrations of individual tracks, and how to overcome problems or distribution issues

If needed, track data are:

Title: Sea Palm

Artist: Palm Ufo Selecta

ISRC: QZPLR2393650

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.

Cheers!
