Shuffle Doesn't Play Whole Playlist on Shuffle

I'm using Spotify web player in Chrome, Windows 10.

For the past week or more, when I try to play a playlist on shuffle, it won't shuffle through the whole playlist. It will only cycle through the first 20-25% of the songs on the list. If I scroll way down and manually play a song further down the list, afterword it will only shuffle through songs that are near that one. It's like the playlist is divided into several different pieces and it will only shuffle through songs in the current chunk, not the whole playlist. This is putting a bit of a damper on my listening.
