My Question or Issue

This song:

is linked to the artist Filter (https://open.spotify.com/artist/01WjpKiWVNurV5hjIadB8C?si=QSX6brznT5KCgQCdhHDejw) but that's the wrong artist. I don't know who the actual artist is, but they're singing in a language other than English, and a style which also doesn't match Filter.

Completely different styles and languages and I am fairly certain it's not a collaboration

The rock band 12 Stones had this happen for a very long time. Someone was publishing bad indie EDM tracks on their artist page. It was that way for almost a year. Not having any kind of reporting function made it hard to flag for Spotify or the artist.
