Unable to listen to some songs

Hi, I have a family premium spotify account. However, I am unable to listen to certain songs on spotify (eg: Black Beatles by Rae Sremmurd). So I thought to myself, maybe that song is unavailable in my country. But I recently just found out my friends are able to listen to the exact same song. What should I do to fix this glitch?

Can you send us over the Spotify URI? Just right-click the track and copy us the info. Also, what country is your Spotify account set to?

We've checked the info and confirmed that SremmLife 2 by Rae Sremmurd is available in your country. Can you try logging out and back in, and then redownload the songs?

I tried contacting spotify cares and they claimed that the song isn't available in the region. However, you checked and confirmed that the song is available in my country. I'm very disappointed in Spotify. I will be unsubscribing very soon.
