Why doesn’t my music show up for others when they search the title?

I created a Spotify for artists account a day or 2 ago. I have posted 2 singles, but people cannot find my song, unless they search my artist name alongside it. The names of the songs are distinctive, so I am unsure as to why this is happening.

Spotify has a huge catalog with millions of songs that gets bigger day by day. Taking this into account, Spotify needs 5 business days to get new music live on the platform as mentioned in this article.

Since you mentioned that the account used to upload the content was recently created, we'd recommend waiting the 5 business days until it gets available to anyone. In the meantime, other users can access it by using its link.
