I'm thinking this may have to do with the recent update to windows 8.1? it worked fine before on 8.0 and 8.1....

Any help greatly appreciated!

Uninstalling and reinstalling in safe mode worked, used msconfig because the categories in pc settings seem to have changed and couldn't find safe mode at first glance.

Thank you for your help!

Great - enjoy your music 🙂
