waiting for connection

trying to find out why my local files still wont sync, i think its because on desktop the playlist dont download just wait for connection. any idea how to fix this would be nice

Tried

restarting w/ admin & compatability

complete reinstall and regedit cleaning

sign out on all devices

installing w/ safe mode

disable firewall and windows antivirus (i dont have any other antivirus beside that)

wifi hotspot/ wifi tethering via phone
