Make it possible to "one click" like/save tracks - with visual confirmation

Bring back the possibility to like/save tracks with one click from playlists and products (albums/singles) - with a visual confirmation that the track is liked/saved.

Before the recent update it was possible to save (or remove) a song from playlists or products to your liked songs via clicking the heart button displayed next to each song on mouse over. The heart was highlighted once added and always on display, confirming that this song is added to your liked/saved songs. Great!

Now you can't save/like (or remove) a song from playlists unless you click on the dotted line button (…), scroll down to and click the "Save to your Liked Songs" option. You get no visual confirmation of which songs in a playlist you have saved/liked - unless you click on the dotted line button again.

The heart button is instead replaced with an "Add to playlist" button (green check mark), and you have to either click on the button to find your "Liked Songs" and save it or go via the dotted line button. No visual confirmation that the song is liked/saved, unless you click on the "Add to playlist" button or the dotted line button. Can't we have both? Why is "Liked Songs" hidden/merged with playlists?

You can save/like tracks from products (albums/singles) via the (+) button but you get no visual confirmation (or it's rather mixed up/merged with the Add to playlist functionality).

A few screenshots added below for comparison. The one with the heart (and Swedish language) is what we previously had, which was great. The other images are of the confusing, complicated and multi-click required changes.

For real, like if I have one playlist open and I hit Remove From Playlist, no Spotify I think it's pretty clear which playlist I want to remove this track from.

I don't even get the "..." option to add song to my like playlist. I have to click "add to playlist" and then add it specifically to my like songs playlist which is so many button presses to do what should be the simplest function of a music app.

The most basic thing people do when listening to music is go "oh, I like this". Creating a simple experience for people is always better.

another big issue with this is the green checkmark no longer indicates a 'liked song' - it merely indicates that it's one some playlist.

I don't care whether it's on just any playlist, I want to know if it's one of the 9000+ songs already on my 'Liked Songs' playlist.

One-click Likes are essential to my workflow for sorting my music in this software. Not being able to tell at a glance whether a song is already added to my Likes is really messing up my process.

Yes! Give back the option to heart, make it an option you can put on/off or something. We really need something to mark the songs we like visually in our playlists!

As an example of the problem this is causing - which of these 6 tracks have I already added to my 'Liked Songs?'

... can you tell? Neither can I.

'Liked Songs' is categorically different than the other playlists, and it needs to stay that way, and it needs to be treated that way. That is crucial to how I organize my music, and organizing my music is fully 50% of what I use spotify for. I could stream any song from anywhere, I could download it from anywhere. Literally the only thing that keeps me coming back to spotify is all the ways I have sorted the songs I've already listened to and know that I want to hear again.

Please fix the like button. I want my liked songs to be all of the songs i have ever liked. This is a DIFFERENT FUNCTION from playlists. I do not want Spotify to tell me a song is saved when it’s just in a playlist I have. Liked songs should be a different thing from playlists. I want to be able to add entire playlists to my liked songs. I want to see what songs i have liked. I want to be able to like songs with ONE CLICK.
