I tried to get a refund for my Spotify Car Thing as they have promised, and have spent the last four hours unable to contact or speak with anyone. The escalations team requested my banking information and then went completely radio silent after I provided it. Insanely bad experience overall, anyone with similar experiences with customer support?

I just saw the message on my car thing. Is it just a paper weight after December? I just emailed them. No response yet.
