Can't delete Shazam song in playlist

Hi...I've been using Shazam and songs are automatically listing in Spotify which is great but I can't seem to delete the song in Spotify if I don't later want it. I delete it in Shazam but there doesn't seem any way to delete it in Spotify...

Which Spotify app are you using? There is a way to delete songs in both the mobile and desktop Spotify apps.

various...android.... with Samsung... ipad and my pc.. the normal methods of deleting doesn't work...it actually doesn't show an option... i think because it wasn't tagged by Spotify but in Shazzam... ive tried deleting it in Shazzam but it's not deleting it in Spotify... i try saving it in Spotify and then in saving it and it's still there

That may happen if you linked you Shazam to a different (duplicate) spotify account, which is the one with permission to delete tracks.

Can you gives us a link to your Shazam playlist?

I'm not aware of having a duplicate account... how would this happen.... i have killed the link and redid it to Spotify a week ago... this hadn't changed anything...

hi.... thanks for everyone's responses....i have found that I can delete them on my pc only... i had to scroll down on the list you get when you right click... the oy place I found the option but find it I did!!

I think you were right on this one... i was relining Shazzam to Spotify when I noticed a duplicate Spotify link.... dont know how that happened... logged out of Shazzam and back in again and I can delete links on my android now... thanks heaps
