Thanks for searching for the answer you need here. 

 

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. If you're still experiencing the issue, could you try logging out and back in to your account two times in a row? This prompts a resynch with our servers.

 

If that doesn't fix things, it's possible that some of the app files have gotten corrupted. To that end we suggest that you remove the app and install it anew, that way all necessary files will be built from the ground up. It's also a good idea to check if there are any updates available for the OS on your TV.
