How to delete app from Russian app store

Hi guys. Some time ago we lived in Russia and after February ‘22 moved to USA,
I’ve have had Spotify downloaded in Russian App Store, and now when I’m trying to make another account it’s says I have to change to “Russian version” of the store, but in the store this app is not available. What I can do in this situation? So I don’t have this app in my apps(there’s symbol with cloud and row)

Sounds like you need to change the region settings on your Spotify Account.
