I cannot play an album

Hello guys,

I have a problem with one of my saved albums. I had the album of Smile -  Out of Season. I was living in Spain and I moved to Mexico so I changed my country settings and my payment options. Is that the reason I don't have or I cannot play it anymore? Is there something I can do?
