Impossible to unsubscribe

Can I please not receive any more emails from spotlify? I have unsubscribed over 5 times and I am still receiving emails. I'm unhappy with the fact that I am still constantly receiving emails when you're website has told me that my address has been removed. It hasn't been removed and I would appreciate if it would actually be removed instead of having the website lie and open my account to see more emails. Thank you.
