[LG Smart TV] Spotify App Bug Web OS

Hey since today my playlists are gone. Only in WebOS app vor my LG. Last half year no problem, I changed nothing. Reinstalling relogging doesn't help. I can hear music in new music so Internet is connected but sometimes only the playlist stared appears, sometimes there is non of the about 15 playlists. Please help btw. On android every playlist is working and available.

I fixed it by adding a song to a random playlist on the TV and the rest of my playlists showed up after 🙂 fix for LG Smart TV

I had the same problem tried ALL suggestions..... just canceled my subscription, if they are unable to resolve its not worth paying for a premium subscription in my opinion.

 

If more people cancel they will jump on and get it fixed, your subscription just goes back to having adds again is the only problem and they don't get their monthly payment.

Having the same exact problem. Tried turning off the tv and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Happening on my LG tv and Vizio tv.

I'm also having this problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, exited and gone back into the app, and turned the TV off entirely several times since yesterday, but still no playlists. It's incredibly frustrating.

Me too. Fine on PC, laptop, Android, but LG TV app on WebOS has no playlists. Tried stopping/starting, uninstalling/reinstalling and deleting/adding the user. No luck.

Same problem here... Tried to relog but nothing happened. There aren't updates since 4 months ago so it has to be something related to Spotify service.

Same problem, searching for solution!
Any idea?

I have been in contact with both LG's and Spotify's helpdesks explaining my problem. I dont know if it's because of that, but today I have my playlists again.

Maybe they had the variable SHOW_PLAYLISTS_IN_WEBOS=0 xD

Well, my playlists are also back. Difficult to know what happened but seeing as there were no patches or updates to the client, maybe it really was something as daft as a variable of switch set wrong.
