Local files on Windows Pc playable on the Web

I have a free account. I have just uploaded songs to my Windows pc desktop and I wonder if I can sync them in the web account. On the other hand, I can't see the songs search button on the web account

Thanks for getting in touch with us through the Community. We're happy to help!

In regards to your first question, right now we don't have the option to play local files in our web player. This sounds like a great idea, we'll let our Devs team this is a feature you'd like to have. 

About the second one, the search button should show up on the upper-left side of the web player. If you cannot see it or it's definitely not showing, a screenshot of it would be super helpful.
